Why: Salinas alleges that construction along Main Street caused her building to vibrate, which made pottery and glass items fall to the floor and break. She also is alleging that a power surge damaged equipment.

Claimant: Hilary Schnell of Edmonds

Asking for: unspecified

Why: Schnell alleges that Edmonds police officers damaged her vehicle while making an arrest.
