Voetberg Family Band: Everett’s Westminster Presbyterian Church will host a public concert by the Voetberg Family Band at 7 p.m. Saturday. Blessing of Pets: Edmonds Lutheran Church will hold a Blessing of Pets service in the church at 9:30 a.m. Sunday. The church recognizes the work of St. Francis of Assisi the first Sunday of October. Blessing of the Animals: Everett’s Trinity Lutheran Church invites neighbors to join in a Blessing of the Animals at 2 p.m. Sunday in Clark Park across from the church, which is at 2324 Lombard Ave. Event will include a blessing from Pastor Jocelyn Carson and treats for pets. Animal-themed hymns will be sung. Donated pet food will be collected for the N.O.A.H. Animal Adoption and Spay/Neuter Center in Stanwood.
