SPOKANE -- Two men were killed in separate crashes early Wednesday in Spokane County.
The Washington State Patrol said 35-year-old Maurice Frazier of Cheney was killed when his car went out of control and rolled off Highway 904 southwest of Cheney. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected.
In the other crash, the sheriff's office says 18-year-old Taylor Stacy of Chewelah was killed when a pickup truck crashed into a utility pole in the Liberty Lake-Otis Orchards area.
Another man in the truck, 24-year-old Derrick Wilcox, was flown to Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, in critical condition.
