Prep volleyball: Shorecrest 3, Mountlake Terrace 2

SHORELINE -- Diana Conwell had 26 digs, 14 kills and five blocks to help lead Shorecrest to a five-set Wesco 3A South win over Mountlake Terrace, giving the Scots the league's fourth and final seed for the district tournament.

Highlights--Mountlake Terrace: Casey Hynes 24 assists, 11 kills; Ali Hitchcock 20 digs; Madison Eich seven kills; Sarah Pung six kills. Shorecrest: Diana Conwell 26 digs, 14 kills, five blocks; Hallie Williams 14 kills; Lauren Rutter 40 assists; Clairisse Haines 26 digs, eight kills; Bailey Rutter 21 digs, five kills. Records--Mountlake Terrace 2-6 league, 4-10 overall. Shorecrest 1-7, 3-11.
