OPPOSING COACH'S THOUGHT: "It'll be a real interesting battle between King's O-line and Lakewood's D-line. I think that will be the determining factor in the game, whether Lakewood can get pressure on Green. They'll each get their fair share of points." – Ben Murphy, head coach of Sultan High School, who played both King's and Lakewood this season.
HOW THE COUGARS WILL WIN: The Cougars will win if their rushing offense is effective in moving the chains and keeping the ball out of the King's offense's hands. Lakewood will have to have few or no turnovers. If the Cougars do that, and have the ball last, they will come out on top.
HOW THE KNIGHTS WILL WIN: The Knights have the homefield advantage and need to use it as motivation, but not let it get the best of them. It's Senior Night at King's, and the Knights will want to put on a good show. They need to execute on offense and eliminate big plays on defense. If the Kings do that, and have the ball last, they'll win.
THE PICK: Whoever has the ball last 47, The other team 40. Just kidding. Kind of. King's 47, Lakewood 40. (I think the Knights will have the ball last.
