Marching bands battle in Everett

Marysville Pilchuck High School freshman Kati Strough cheers with the rest of the band at the end of their performance at the annual Puget Sound Festival of Bands held Saturday at Memorial Stadium in Everett.

Marysville Pilchuck took seventh place in the AA division of the competition. The 25th annual festival featured marching bands from more than 30 schools from the western United States.
