Everett vs. Kamloops: lineup notes

EVERETT

Forward lines:
Harrison-Bauml-Petryk
Stadnyk-Hayer-Sandhu
Leedahl-Mappin-Soumelidis
Lofthouse-Grayson

Defensive pairings:
Murray-Mueller
MacDonald-Oslanski
Betker-Cox
Foulk

Starting goalie:
Lotz

Scratches: Walters, Winquist, Adam.

Notes: Everett welcomes winger Trent Lofthouse back to the lineup after missing one game with minor physical ailments. Defenseman Nick Walters serves the second game of his three-game suspension for his hit on Spokane's Mitch Holmberg. Winger Joshua Winquist fell ill, so he misses his third straight game and forces the Tips to play with 11 forwards and seven defensemen. Defenseman Austin Adam remains a long-term casualty because of his broken hand.

KAMLOOPS

Forward lines:
Souto-Needham-DePape
Ully-Ranford-Willick
Bozon-Smith-Lipon
Gelsinger-Sterzer-Trzonkowski

Defensive pairings:
Rehill-Cross
Hanson-Grist
Connolly-Hrbas

Starting goalie:
Cheveldave

Scratches: Thomson, Bell, Friesen, Macklin.

Notes: Kamloops is essentially at full strength. The only player listed on the Blazers injury report is 16-year-old winger Mitch Friesen, who has a lower-body injury.
