Here’s a list of what’s happening for Halloween in Snohomish County.

All Hallow’s Eve at Uppercase Bookshop: Reading of Edgar Allen Poe’s “The Raven” from 7 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 31 at 1118 1st St. in Snohomish; 360-568-5987; www.uppercasebookshop.com. Arrive early as lights will dim at 7 p.m.

Bethany Christian Assembly: 5:30 to 8 p.m., Monday Oct. 31 at Bethany Christian Assembly, 2715 Everett Ave., Everett; 425-339-3303; www.bca-online.com. Inflatables, cotton candy, carnival games, pony rides, popcorn and candy. Predators of the Heart show at 7:30 p.m. in the church’s main auditorium. Admission is $5 per child; food and coffee available for purchase. Costumes encouraged.

City of Bothell’s Safe Halloween: 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 31 Main Street open for trick-or-treating; free; 425-486-7430; www.ci.bothell.wa.us.

Family Safe Downtown Halloween: 4:45 p.m. children’s costume parade staging Oct. 31, parade starts at 5 p.m. at Boys &Girls Club, goes along Main Street to Jay’s Market, carnival and not-so-haunted-house at community center immediately following parade, Lake Stevens; Main Street merchants offer trick-or-treating; car show trunk-or-treat; activities end at 8:30 p.m.; 425-397-7433.

Family trick-or-treat: 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 31, all Everett Mall entrances, 1402 SE Everett Mall Way; for ages 12 and younger; limited supply of trick-or-treat bags provided; food bank donations welcome; Halloween City open through Oct. 31; 425-355-1771; www.shopeverettmall.com.
