Sgt. Adam Seig said witnesses report the woman took off her clothes before entering the store Tuesday afternoon.
Seig told The Olympian that he arrested the woman for investigation of indecent exposure after officers saw her running naked in and out of traffic in the store parking lot.
He said the woman seemed disoriented.
