EVERETT -- Detectives from the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office have been investigating several burglaries in north and east county and believe there may be more victims.

Between Oct. 9 and 19, several people living in the Seven Lakes area south of Stanwood and the Three Lakes area east of Snohomish reported burglaries and thefts.

In each case, items were stolen from detached outbuildings, such as garages, shops or barns, and from vehicles on the property.

Items stolen included large equipment, such as air compressors, power washers and tools. In some cases, homeowners didn't realize they were the victims of a crime until several days after each burglary took place.

People who live in those areas who think they are the victim of a burglary or car prowl during that time frame are asked to contact the sheriff's office at 425-388-3845.
