The man was hit about 6:15 a.m. by a car being driven in the eastbound left turn lane by a 31-year-old Arlington man, Marysville police Cmdr. Robb Lamoureux said.

The victim was wearing dark clothing and was not in a crosswalk, Lamoureux said.

The victim was flown via helicopter to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. His injuries weren't believed to be life-threatening.
