Just in time for Christmas. In 2013: Once called ‘CrackBerry’ because it was a seemingly indispensable smartphone, Research in Motion’s BlackBerry is now a distant also-ran. RIM now is holding out hope that its new BlackBerry 10 and its software, to be unveiled Jan. 30 and then available in March, will save the company (Page A6).
No rush there, RIM. Apple should only be up to the iPhone 7 or 8 by then.
