Police warn of sex offender in Mountlake Terrace

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE -- Police are warning neighbors about a convicted sex offender living in Mountlake Terrace.
Raymond Earl Devore, 39, is a Level II offender. He recently moved to the 24200 block of 57th Avenue West.
Devore was convicted in 2003 of dealing in child pornography, possessing child pornography and communicating with a minor for immoral purposes.
He is described as white, 5-foot 7 and 185 pounds. He has black hair and hazel eyes.
