Fire Chief Steve Brooks told KING that two men were outside when firefighters arrived about 1 a.m. and said a the 17-year-old boy was still inside.
Firefighters gave him CPR, and he was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle in critical condition.
Harborview spokeswoman Susan Gregg said the teenager is in critical condition.
The two men were treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.
