Everett vs. Vancouver: lineup notes

EVERETT

Forward lines:
Leedahl-Bauml-Petryk
Winquist-Hayer-Sandhu
Stadnyk-Mappin-Oslanski
Soumelidis-Low-Grayson

Defensive pairings:
Mueller-Adam
MacDonald-Walters
Betker-Cox

Starting goalie:
Cotton

Scratches: Lofthouse, Harrison, Murray.

Notes: Everett has very little wiggle room with just 23 players on the roster and defenseman Ryan Murray (shoulder) and winger Ryan Harrison (knee) out injured. Sixteen-year-old winger Dawson Leedahl is elevated to a top line alongside Kohl Bauml and Reid Petryk. Daniel Cotton receives his fifth start in goal in the past six games. With Murray out Everett continues to play without a captain. Petryk and defenseman Nick Walters, who were not alternate captains to begin the season, are listed as alternates along with center Manraj Hayer.

VANCOUVER

Forward lines:
Sieben-Kieser-Sward
Franson-Ast-Houck
Kessy-Popoff-Cheek
Vickerman-McEvoy-Cooke

Defensive pairings:
Geertsen-Kulak
Vannieuwenhuizen-Morrison
Coyle-Orban

Starting goalie:
Lee

Scratches: Tvrdon, Moar, Zalitach, Foster, Fuhr.

Notes: Goaltender Liam Liston, who hasn't played since Nov. 1 because of a lower-body injury, is not starting but is on the bench. Key winger Marek Tvrdon was declared out for the season because of a blood-clot issue.
