The Arlington Fire Department is giving away bicycle helmets while supplies last.
The helmets will be offered from 3 to 5 p.m. through Friday at the Arlington fire administrative office at 6231 188th Street NE. They’re for children and teens.

Holiday concert: The Navy Band Northwest plans to present its free holiday concert, “Home for the Holidays,” at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Everett Performing Arts Center, 2710 Wetmore Ave.
The band also will perform at 7 p.m. today in the Bremerton High School Performing Arts Center in Bremerton and on Whidbey Island at 7 p.m. Saturday in the Oak Harbor High School Auditorium, No. 1 Wildcat Way, Oak Harbor.
Special appearances are planned by Santa Claus and the Marine Corps will be accepting Toys for Tots donations at each location.
Admission is first come, first serve; no tickets necessary.

Flute recital: American Indian flute player Peter Ali plans to share an afternoon of music at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Snohomish Library, 311 Maple Ave.
Learn how American Indian flutes were made and used, and hear flutes from many cultures.
