MEDFORD, Ore. -- Police say a man who was upset he couldn't watch local Fox programming from his satellite TV provider threatened to blow up the KMVU Fox 26 station in Medford and shoot a specific employee.
Police arrested Jeffry Alan Sebastian, 47, on Wednesday on charges of attempted coercion and harassment.
The Fox affiliate and Dish Network failed to negotiate a deal last month, leading to a blackout.
The Mail Tribune reports Sebastian can watch Fox programs on the jail's TV sets.
