Man sentenced 5th time for same crime

OREGON CITY, Ore. -- A man was sentenced to 50 years in prison Tuesday in Clackamas County Circuit Court for killing a woman in 1991 during a sexual attack.
The Oregonian reports it was the fifth time Todd Davilla has been sentenced in the death of Lisa Flormoe. Four previous sentences were set aside by appeals court rulings that the judge had not correctly followed guidelines.
Davilla was a 16-year-old when he attempt to rape Flormoe in Wilsonville and stabbed her with a Boy Scout knife.
