Camano Junction is set to play big band music.

Farm to table: The Washington State University Extension plans to hold a "farm to table" course on lamb all day Jan. 25 at the Stanwood-Camano Fairgrounds, 6431 Pioneer Highway, Stanwood.
Participants are encouraged to attend five additional sessions on sheep and lamb during the Country Living Expo, Jan 26 at Stanwood High School.
Presenters include WSU Extension meat and livestock specialists, Pat Cairus from Del Fox Custom Meats, and chef Jamie Callison to share his knowledge on the pairing of lamb, wines and beer.
Lunch will be served and the day will end with a catered dinner and panel presentation on marketing opportunities and challenges.
Space is limited. Registration is $85 per person, which includes seminar, handouts, lunch, dinner and wine/lamb tasting. Paid registration must be made prior to Jan. 14, with a late fee of $25 charger after that date.
