Prep boys basketball: Cedarcrest 61, Granite Falls 50

GRANITE FALLS -- Zach Taylor scored a game-high 17 points and Jordan Corpus added 16 as Cedarcrest remained undefeated in Cascade Conference play. Three players scored in double-figures for Granite Falls.
