BELLEVUE -- The man arrested Wednesday night in a fatal Bellevue shooting has already been charged with second-degree murder and is held on $5 million bail.

The King County prosecutor’s office says 19-year-old Ja’Mari Alexander Jones will likely be arraigned in 10 days.

He’s accused of killing DeShawn Milliken and wounding another man in the Munchbar at Bellevue Square Mall on Christmas Eve as hundreds of people, including some Seahawks players, celebrated a football victory.

Bellevue police said Alexander and a 20-year-old woman were stopped Wednesday night in Lakewood in a stolen car.

In 2009 Alexander was convicted of manslaughter as a juvenile in the beating death of a Seattle street performer known as Tuba Man.

If convicted of murder he would face a sentence of 20 to 28 years in prison.
