Prep girls basketball: Jackson 49, Snohomish 45
Anderson found ways to score despite a lot of pressure from the Panthers.
"(Sierra) did a real good job of keeping her composure (tonight)," said Timberwolves' head coach Jeannie Boyer. "(Snohomish) put a lot of pressure on her throughout and she kept her cool."
Anderson also converted on a rare four-point play in the third quarter that swung momentum Jackson's for the remainder of the second half.
Boyer also gave credit to one of her younger bench players that stepped up.
"I'd really like to give Martina Mason credit for the way she played," said Boyer. "(Faithaleen) Lopez-Flores got into foul trouble early, Mason scored four points (coming off the bench) and just really stepped up in the first quarter."
