Seahawks make roster moves official: Clemons and Hauschka to IR, Chukwurah and Longwell signed

As expected, the Seahawks made a pair of roster moves Wednesday, placing defensive end Chris Clemons and kicker Steven Hausckha on injured reserve. To replace those two, the Seahawks signed Patrick Chukwurah, a 33-year-old pass rusher who has been out of the NFL since 2008 and veteran kicker Ryan Longwell. Longwell, 38, is a 15-year NFL veteran but was not in the league this season.
