Martin Luther King Jr. tribute: Join the Snohomish County Black Heritage Committee in paying tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at 3 p.m. Sunday. The free event will be held at Spirit of Grace Methodist Church, 3530 Colby Ave., Everett. The event features the Rev.
