Prep wrestling: Sultan 48, Granite Falls 27

GRANITE FALLS -- Sultan's James Mackenzie won by decision 16-11 over Granite Falls' Tristin Daniels in the 126-pound matchup and James Boglivi pinned Michael Poyner late in a back-and-forth 170-pound match to lead the Turks to a victory over the Tigers to help Sultan finish undefeated in the Cascade Conference this season after finishing third in the conference last year.
Other highlights of the match included Granite Falls' 152-pounder Tysen Campbell defeating Jack Boyd 8-3 and Sultan's Taylor Comfort pinning Drake Sanders in 5 minutes, 2 seconds in the 285-pound weight class.
