Former Stealth player Johnson released by Edmonton


The Edmonton Rush announced the release of former Washington Stealth forward Tom Johnson on Monday.

Johnson was replaced on the Rush roster by defenseman Michael Cudmore.

Johnson spent four seasons with the Stealth organization and had his best year in 2009 when the team still played in San Jose, scoring 20 goals and dishing 13 assists.
