Everett vs. Tri-City: lineup notes
EVERETT
Forward lines:
Harrison-Bauml-Mappin
Leedahl-Hayer-Petryk
Skapski-Stadnyk-Sandhu
Soumelidis-Low-Aasman
Defensive pairings:
Cox-Mueller
Betker-Oslanski
Zipp-MacDonald
Starting goalie:
Cotton
Scratches: Nikkel, Grayson, Winquist, Murray, Adam, Lotz.
Notes: Everett welcomes overage winger Ryan Harrison back to the lineup after he missed the previous three games because of concussion symptoms. He takes the place of leading scorer Joshua Winquist, who aggravated an upper-body injury in Tuesday's 6-0 home loss to Portland. No. 1 goalie Austin Lotz (ankle), defensemen Austin Adam (concussion) and Ayrton Nikkel (finger), and winger Lucas Grayson (lower body) remain out injured. Captain Ryan Murray's bobblehead is in the house tonight, but he isn't. And I do believe the bobblehead's shoulder is healthy.
TRI-CITY
Forward lines:
Mychan-Feser-Stromwall
Bowles-Rankin-Williams
Nickles-Messier-Gutierrez
Walter-Wotherspoon-Marreck
Defensive pairings:
Dow-Plutnar
Topping-Hamonic
Yuen-Tomchuk/Filbrandt
Starting goalie:
Lee-Knight
Scratches: Clowes, Dallman, McCue, Tot, Chynoweth, Gelinas, Comrie, Tomchuk/Filbrandt.
Notes: Tri-City is as banged up as Everett as No. 1 goalie Eric Comrie (hip) is out for the season, while forwards Philip Tot (upper body), Beau McCue (lower body) and Ryan Chynoweth (upper body) and defenseman Brodie Clowes (upper body) also sit because of injuries. Winger Tyson Dallman serves the first game of a three-game suspension for an interference major penalty taken Wednesday against Prince George. Two call-up forwards, 16-year-old Justin Marreck and 15-year-old Parker Wotherspoon, make their WHL debuts.
