Man killed, another shot in Sandpoint, Idaho

SANDPOINT, Idaho -- Police in Sandpoint are investigating a confrontation that left one man dead and another with a gunshot wound to his arm
Police Chief Corey Coon says officers received a report of a shooting at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
The Bonner County Daily Bee reported 35-year-old Anthony Viola of Sandpoint was shot in the left bicep with a semi-automatic handgun.
Officials said the other man, 36-year-old Alberto Tuinzing of Spokane was unresponsive at the scene.
Both men were taken to the hospital, where Tuinzing was pronounced dead. An autopsy will determine his cause of death.
One firearm was recovered. The investigation continues and no charges have been sought yet.
