Everett vs. Calgary: lineup notes

Scratches: Nikkel, Sandhu, Grayson, Winquist, Adam, Lotz.

Notes: Everett has two call-ups in the lineup tonight. Winger Kyle Raymond gets his third game with the team, while goaltender Adam Todd serves as the back-up. All six of Everett's scratches -- forwards Joshua Winquist (upper body), Tyler Sandhu (concussion) and Lucas Grayson (lower body), defensemen Austin Adam (mononucleosis) and Ayrton Nikkel (finger), goaltender Austin Lotz (ankle) -- are out with physical ailments. Defenseman Kevin Davis, who was called up to play last night, remained home in Kamloops. Defenseman Ryan Murray, whose season was ended because of a shoulder injury, has finally been removed from the roster.

Notes: The Hitmen are without two depth players as defenseman Peter Kosterman (lower body) and winger Elliot Peterson (upper body) are out injured. Calgary goes with Mack Shields in goal in favor of No. 1 Chris Driedger.
