Associated Press
KENNEWICK -- Tri-City Animal Control has set traps in Kennewick's Columbia Park to catch stray cats that have been killing off birds.
A few stray cats have turned into an estimate of more than 50 cats along the Audubon Trail.
KEPR reported that rescue groups are trying to find homes for the tamer animals but fully feral cats will be killed.
