The survey says: Nearly 90 percent of Americans say it's wrong to cheat on your taxes, a new survey says.

Since the survey was conducted by the Internal Revenue Service, The Buzz can only assume the question was posed this way: "It's wrong to cheat on your taxes, right? RIGHT?"



Take my wife … please: More than 40 million viewers tuned into Sunday's Academy Awards telecast, making it the most watched Oscars show in recent years. More importantly for advertisers, host Seth MacFarlane apparently lured in the coveted 18-to-34-year-old male audience.

Ironically, MacFarlane stole most of the sexist jokes he told at the show from 1960s comedians only the 55-to-84-year-old audience remembers.



Red ink: The venerable department store J.C. Penney reported massive losses in its fiscal fourth quarter, as the current CEO's policy of scaling back coupons and sales events continues to be a fiasco.

It's hard to see how Penney pulls out of this nosedive -- unless it invents a time machine, goes back to 1958, and slips something in Sam Walton's coffee.
