The Everett Chorale will present "A Night at the Oscars," during which the audience is welcome to sing along with the chorale as they musically meander their way through some favorite movie tunes.
You might even feel a bit like you are at an Oscar party during this gala event, which includes a silent art auction, a wine and beer tasting, hors d'oeuvres and desserts.
The program includes "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," "Three Coins In The Fountain," "Moon River," "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah," "Secret Love," "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head," "The Way We Were," "Evergreen," "Beauty and the Beast" and "You Light Up My Life."
During the evening, guests can mingle and meet chorale singers. And bid on art.
The silent auction will offer original works by local artists including limited-edition signed lithographs by Michael Reagan and an original watercolor by Alaskan artist Byron Birdsall. Auction items include quilts, glassware and photographs.
Tickets for "A Night at the Oscars" are $30 and include wine and beer tasting, hors d'oeuvres and desserts.
