The Community Transit Board of Directors is scheduled to decide on the agency's six-year transit development plan at 3 p.m. Thursday in the Community Transit Board Room, 7100 Hardeson Road, Everett (accessible by Everett Transit Route 8).
The plan outlines Community Transit's projected financial and service goals over the next six years. It projects no substantial new service increases due to financial constraints, but if new funding is secured, the plan provides guidance on how service can grow. The draft plan can be found online at www.communitytransit.org/futureplans.
A public comment period and community meetings will be held to discuss the plan with the community.

Mukilteo: District limits admissions
For a ninth year, overcrowded buildings mean 12 Mukilteo schools will limit new admissions next school year to only those students who live within the school district's boundaries.
The schools include all three of the school district's high schools (Kamiak, Mariner and ACES) and nine of its 11 elementary schools: Challenger, Columbia, Discovery, Endeavour, Fairmount, Horizon, Mukilteo, Olivia Park and Picnic Point.
There also is a delay in full-day kindergarten registration while the district sees which buildings will have space for the program.
The restrictions don't affect out-of-district students already enrolled in a Mukilteo school, unless they are moving up to high school.
