BREMERTON -- Two 17-year-old girls at a residential school in Bremerton are accused of putting bleach into shampoo, lotion and acne pads used by two schoolmates.

Police say the victims suffered pain when they used the products and were treated at an emergency room.

Police say the suspects admitted putting bleach into the products in retaliation because they felt they were being harassed and subjected to name calling by the other two.

KOMO-TV reported one suspect was arrested Thursday for investigation of assault and the other for attempted assault.

All are residents of the Washington Youth Academy. It's a military-style school for teens 16 to 18 who are at risk of dropping out of high school. It's run by the Washington National Guard and the Bremerton School District.
