Silver Lake drowning victim was Everett man

EVERETT -- A man who drowned in Silver Lake on Friday has been identified as Richard J. Grimes, 49, of Everett.
His death was ruled an accident, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office.
Police believe Grimes was fishing when he somehow ended up in the water. His boat also was recovered.
The investigation continues.
