Great Values at Pacific Meadows in Marysville

High quality luxury homes are in the final sales phase at Pacific Meadows, a new community of Pacific Ridge homes in Marysville.

“Price per square foot is a great way to measure a home’s value,” said David Duncan, listing agent for Pacific Meadows. “After we searched the NWMLS for the best-price-per-square-foot new homes in Snohomish County, we found that Pacific Meadows is still one of the best values in the Greater Seattle area!”

This 160-home community offers seven different floor plans to choose from in sizes up to 3,004 square feet. One of the most exciting new homes available is the 4-5 bedroom, two-and-a-half bath Franklin. Priced at $299,735, it is loaded with upgrades at a cost of around $99 per square foot.

Ten homes are left and ready for quick move in. Most are equipped with generous features and amenities like hardwood flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and various master bath and millwork upgrades.

“These standard features are often costly upgrades at other communities,” said Duncan. “You get a lot for your money at Pacific Meadows.”

This exciting new community is located just minutes away from the Seattle Premium Outlets, Lakewood Crossing and the Tulalip Casino with all the great shopping and entertainment opportunities. I-5 and I-405 are also conveniently close, so residents commuting to Everett or Seattle have easy access to the entire metro area. Residents with kids will appreciate the great Snohomish school system and attend Cascade Elementary School, Cedarcrest Middle School and Marysville-Pilchuck High School.

Prices start in the mid $200s and right now Pacific Ridge has three preferred lenders available with extensive financing options.

“More and more buyers I see here are asking themselves why rent when they can own a new home in this great location,” said Duncan. “You can be living in a brand new luxury home for as little as $901* per month at Pacific Meadows. Owning has never made more sense and been easier to afford.”

Pacific Meadows features six acres of parks including two playground areas, two basketball courts, a small soccer field, barbeque and picnic area, and a large field. Some of the homes also back up to a greenbelt and there are Cascade Mountain views from many areas in the neighborhood. All of the streets are tree-lined with flowering plums and maples with plenty of extra parking.

Buyers are encouraged to stop in, as these last few homes won’t last long. Furnished model homes are available for viewing and are for sale as well.

The sales office and models are open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m this weekend at 5611 116th St. NE in Marysville. Beginning next week, hours will change to Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
