SEATTLE — Shorecrest defeated Shorewood in the first annual Shoreline Cup, a co-ed event where boys and girls teamed up to compete for their school. The top six boys and top six girls from each school paired off into six teams of a boy and girl apiece and played alternate shot, except for par three’s where they played best ball. Shorecrest boys golf coach Don Lloyd described it as a fun day that he hopes will be a regular event.
