PULLMAN — The Whitman County sheriff’s office says a 23-year-old Pullman man fell 50 feet to his death from the Granite Point cliffs along the Snake River in southeastern Washington.
The Spokesman-Review reported that the man killed early Friday was identified as Andrew Duke.
Sheriff’s deputies were told about 2 a.m. that the man fell accidentally when he walked away from a group. He was found at the bottom of a cliff.
Granite Point is a popular recreation area about 20 miles southwest of Pullman.
