The seattlepi.com reported that 46-year-old Brenda Nicholas faces up to 30 years in prison when she is sentenced for the stabbing death of Francis P. Fleming.
Fleming was killed at the Four Freedoms House in December 2011 and his coin collection was stolen.
Another person convicted of murder in the case, Charles Wayne Jungbluth, faces up to 28 years in prison. A third person, Gilda Ivonne Ramirez, pleaded guilty to burglary and robbery and faces up to eight years in prison.
