No one was hurt after the man walked into the bank, displayed a gun and presented a note demanding money, Lynnwood police spokeswoman Shannon Sessions said. The suspect then ran off with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is in his late 40s to early 50s.
He is about 6 foot, 2 and roughly 180 pounds.
The suspect was wearing black sun glasses, a tan driving cap and a black vest with a long-sleeved black shirt.
Lynnwood detectives are working with the FBI and other agencies to see if Tuesday's robbery is connected to any others in the region.
