MUKILTEO — Kamiak’s Kevaughn Escobar-Umayam and Brandon Gustafson combined to throw a five-hit shutout as the Knights dealt Cascade its first Wesco 4A loss of the season and snapped the Bruins’ nine-game winning streak. Escobar-Umayam pitched into the seventh inning before being relieved by Gustafson. Cascade starter Ky Dye struck out six in five innings, but the Bruins committed three errors which lead to two unearned runs for the Knights.
