SHORELINE -- Shorewood's Kory Longaker knocked in Cameron Sterne with a double and Jake Bockelie had a two-out RBI single in the fourth inning as the Thunderbirds beat Meadowdale in a pitching duel and wrapped up the Wesco 3A South title. Shorewood starter Sam Boone gave up just four hits and struck out six while Mavs starter Elliott Reese did him one better, giving up just three hits.
