Free class teaches women about firearms

Shoot, yes!
The Central Whidbey Sportsmen's Association is having a free firearms class for women.
The class on revolvers is 9 a.m. May 4 at the clubhouse at 397 Safari Lane, south of Coupeville.
Registration is not required. Ranges will be open for instruction afterward.
Guns will be provided by the club or women can bring their own.
Participants should bring lunch or snacks to the class, which lasts 3 to 4 hours.
Topics include weapon handling and safety.
