The Montana Highway Patrol said alcohol was a factor in the early Sunday crash outside of Wolf Point.
Another vehicle occupant, a 38-year-old man from Everett, was injured.
The Great Falls Tribune reported that the driver of the pick-up truck over-corrected and the vehicle rolled into a field.
Troopers said neither of the men was wearing seatbelts and they were ejected from the truck.
Troopers did not name the men.
