Learn how to lose weight, and keep it off

Here's the skinny on how to get in shape.
It takes time.
The Weight Loss for Life class is a seven-week series that covers eating habits, stress reduction techniques, healthy lifestyle choices, portion control, healthy recipes, fitness myths and a baseline exercise program.
The classes are taught by Everett Clinic physician Cheryl Beighle.
Cost is $150 for the series that meets 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays from May 21 through July 2 at Everett Clinic Evergreen Building, 7600 Evergreen Way.
