EVERETT -- Police are asking for help finding a missing Everett teen.
Krystal M. Andrews, 16, was last seen Thursday at her home along W. Mall Drive, Everett police spokesman Aaron Snell said. She did not take her medication with her and may be suffering from mental-health issues.
She may be in the Lynnwood or Tulalip area.
Andrews is described as white, about 5-foot-3 and 120 pounds. She has black shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black shorts, red shoes and a white "Vikings" hat.
Anyone with information should call 911. Police are asking people not to approach Andrews on their own.
