Museum news worth coverage

Having been a Herald subscriber for numerous years, and sending in letters frequently, I have to say that I think your priorities are a bit skewed. When I see all the valuable newspaper space taken up with stories about guns, the violence, and other negative stories, and then I see a one-line phrase that deserves a story, a lot more than the "Honorable Mention," I have to respond.
In the Thursday paper under "Biz Bits" there's a one-liner that says, "The Future of Flight Aviation Center and Boeing tour was awarded a spot on an Internet website list of the Best Guided Tours in the world." I think that's awesome and worthy of a news story. Since The Herald represents Snohomish County, it seems to me you're missing the boat here. I would think you'd be proud to publish a story about the museum.
I've been on the Boeing tour five times, so far, and find it fascinating. Also, I've worked as a volunteer at the museum. The entire facility deserves the recognition. Aside from the above, the gift shops are most interesting with lots of fun and good things to buy. One actually has products made in America.
Come on you Herald people, get a life. Honor our own enterprises.
