Seahawks sign 2nd-round pick Michael; TE Fells

Running back Christine Michael, the Seahawks' first pick in last month's draft, has signed a multi-year deal, leaving fifth-round pick Tharold Simon and seventh-rounder Michael Bowie as the last two unsigned players from Seattle's 11-player draft class.

In addition, the Seahawks have signed TE Darren Fells. Fell, who played professional basketball overseas and is the brother of Patriots TE Daniel Fells, first signed with Seattle in March, but was released earlier this month. Following his release, however, Fells was invited to participate in Seattle's rookie minicamp.

The Seahawks released long snapper Adam Steiner, who they had claimed off of waivers from Oakland earlier this month.
