Season comes to an end for Lake Stevens softball

The Vikings softball team lost to Todd Beamer 4-0 in the consolation side of the bracket to bring its season to an end on Friday.

Earlier in the day, Lake Stevens beat Olympia 6-4 to keep its season alive after losing its first round game 6-2 to Camas.

Granite Falls goes 0-2

The Tigers lost both of their game at the 2A state tournament in Selah on Friday. Granite Falls lost to Port Angeles 6-3 in the first round and dropped a game 9-2 to Othello in the consolation bracket to bring its season to a close.
