MOUNTLAKE TERRACE -- Two men were rushed to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle on Friday night after an apparent police chase ended in a crash near the 4400 block of 212th Street SW in the Mountlake Terrace area, officials said.
Aid crews were summoned about 8:20 p.m.
One of the men had injuries believed to be life-threatening, said Leslie Hynes, spokeswoman for Snohomish County Fire District 1. The other man's injuries were described as very serious. A third person, a woman, also was injured in the crash and taken to a local hospital, Hynes said.
Initial reports were that the crash happened after a high-speed pursuit involving Lynnwood police. That had not been confirmed as of press time. Lynnwood police officials were not immediately available for comment Friday night.
